Definitely the last post for 2014, a Perry figure converted to look remotely like Dürers famous knight. Thanks to my poor sculpting skills I had to cover half of the face with a greenstuff beard after having it messed up beyond recovery. Hope you can guess some similarity ;-)

Modern Troopers
Some figures for my Battlefield diorama. Painted them in a mix of colours to look a bit like in the computer game. Figures are by Elhiem - 20mm of course ;-)

Afrika Korps Platoon Command
Though I promised once never to touch anything larger WWII related than a 20mm figure I couldnt stand the temptation any longer and did some Perry "test figures". I think it will remain merely a slip-up from the right path ;-)

Crossbowmen
No Perry Medievals this time - well, not quite true, there is actually one Perry Shooter among the Claymore Crew - do you spot him?

Diorama Base
The base for the LAV-25. Its a Black Dog resin piece in 1/72, painted according to the box art. Figures are next.

LAV-25
Its the Trumpeter kit with the Black Dog accessories set in 1/72. It will be part of a small diorama inspired by the game Battlefield 3 ;-)

Tzeentch Warrior No. 6
Not GW but a company called Imbrian Arts. Sold as a basilisk originally it has obviously some Tzeentch potentials. The sculpt is quite nice, a bit taller than your average GW figure but much slimmer and sporting more realistic proportions (what you may call realistic with regard to a four armed, snake headed birdman).

Foot Knights V
More defenders of Neuss and first unit finished...don't look too close at the Hessian flag, def. not among my best works ;-)
Pro Gloria Miniatures - Plastic Landsknecht Crowdfunding
In case you haven't noticed yet - their campaign is up and running on Indiegogo, see here:
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/plastic-landsknecht-box#home
What you can see already regarding the figures looks promising, a bit Old GW Empire like (seems to be the same scupltor) so something for both worlds historical and fantasy I guess.

Sd.Kfz. 251 D
Another PSC Hanomag. I am not very happy with the outcome of the hard edge camo, found it incredebly difficult to get realistic curvy lines with masking tape/blu tack, maybe I try silly putty next time...

Foot Knights III
The 3rd batch is ready, defenders of Neuss again - you can see the pattern now ;-) Noticed too late that the left and right shoulder armours are different on the left guy - things like that happen when you mash up 3 different Perry boxes!

Foot Knights
The first 4 of the new Perry foot knights. Painted as defenders of Neuss. The tabard shows the coat of arms of Dieterich von Elben, a fellow knight of Landgraf Herman. Elben was killed during the siege.
For all interested in the siege of Neuss, there is a short article in the current issue of Medieval Warfare IV.4

Marder III M
Used masking tape for the first time. The application is actually much easier than I thought. Cutting the tape, masking and airbrushing the green camo took no more than about 30 mins.
