Could you give some more information on your troll scheme? This particular shade of green seems to pop up on several of your figures (wizard furniture, heroquest orc, nurgle warriors etc.) and I´m curious what shade of green you are using and if it´s just white or turquoise added to the highlights? The purple-red filters give it some nice depth. Thanks
Hello,
AntwortenLöschenExcellent paintjob !!! I like the green's shades...
Nikko
Thanks Nikko! I used my usual "Troll" colour scheme ;-)

LöschenBoah! He´s georgeous! I´m going to have to get some more trolls and try and copy that colour scheme
AntwortenLöschenThanks Paul, its a nice sculpt by Allan Carrasco, about the same size as the GW LOTR trolls.
LöschenLovely painting. I particularly like the greenish tint towards the end of the club. He reminds me of pictures by someone like Arthur Rackham.
AntwortenLöschenThank you, Toby, i always try to break up larger monotone areas by adding some wash/filter in a different colour.
AntwortenLöschenThat's a wonderful figure, and I really love the tones you have painted across the skin.
